한눈에 보기At a glance

여기라니까!는 회원 가입과 로그인이 없고, BZR Studio는 이 앱을 위한 서버를 두지 않습니다. 식당과 식사 기록은 이용자의 휴대폰 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 고치고 나아지게 하려고 익명 사용 통계와 오류 보고를 보내며, 앱의 나 탭에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 광고, 위치 정보, 다른 앱과 웹사이트를 넘나드는 추적은 쓰지 않습니다. 여기라니까! has no sign-up or login, and BZR Studio runs no server for it. Your restaurants and meal records are stored only on your phone. To fix and improve the app, it sends anonymous usage statistics and error reports, which you can turn off at any time in the Me tab. The app has no ads, does not use your location and does not track you across other apps or websites.

휴대폰 안에만 두는 정보What stays on your phone

  • 취향: 못 먹는 것, 좋아하는 메뉴와 별로인 메뉴, 쓰는 지도 앱, 점심 알림 시간 Preferences: foods you avoid, menus you like or dislike, your map app and lunch reminder time
  • 식당: 이름, 주소, 지도 링크, 먹을 수 있는 메뉴, 특징, 메모, 별점 Restaurants: name, address, map link, menus, tags, notes and rating
  • 식사 기록: 날짜, 메뉴, 식당, 평가, 쓴 금액 Meal records: date, menu, restaurant, rating and amount spent

이 정보는 BZR Studio로 보내지 않으며, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 휴대폰 자체 백업(iCloud, Google 백업)에는 포함될 수 있습니다. 나 탭의 '내보내기'로 만든 백업 파일은 이용자가 고른 곳에만 저장되거나 공유됩니다. None of this is sent to BZR Studio, and it is deleted when you delete the app. It may be included in your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google backup). A backup file you create with Export in the Me tab is saved or shared only where you choose.

기기 밖으로 보내는 정보What leaves your phone

나 탭의 '익명 사용 통계·오류 보고 보내기'가 켜져 있으면 아래 정보를 보냅니다. 처음 설치했을 때는 켜져 있습니다. While "Send anonymous usage statistics and error reports" is on in the Me tab, the app sends the information below. It is on when you first install the app.

  • 사용 통계: 어떤 기능을 썼는지와 그때의 메뉴 이름(예: 추천된 메뉴, 다시 뽑기, 지도 열기), 고른 음식 종류와 상황, 지도 앱 종류, 개수 같은 숫자, 앱 실행과 종료, 앱 버전, 기기 종류, 운영체제 버전, 언어, 시간대, 화면 크기, 앱을 설치할 때 무작위로 만든 익명 식별자 Usage statistics: which features you use and the menu name at that moment (for example the recommended menu, a re-roll or opening a map), the cuisine and situation you pick, your map app, counts, app opens and closes, app version, device model, OS version, language, time zone, screen size, and a random anonymous ID created when the app is installed
  • 오류 보고: 오류 내용과 오류가 난 코드 위치, 앱 버전, 기기 종류, 운영체제, 오류 당시 기기 상태(메모리, 저장 공간, 배터리 등) Error reports: the error and where in the code it happened, app version, device model, OS, and the device state at the time (memory, storage, battery and similar)

이름, 연락처, 위치, 식당 이름과 주소, 메모, 지도 링크는 보내지 않습니다. 오류 내용에 링크가 섞여 있으면 지우고 보내며, 오류 보고에는 화면 이동이나 터치 기록을 남기지 않습니다. 서버는 연결 과정에서 IP 주소를 받을 수 있지만, IP 주소로 위치를 추정하는 기능은 꺼 두었습니다. Your name, contacts, location, restaurant names and addresses, notes and map links are never sent. Links found in error messages are removed before sending, and error reports keep no record of screens visited or taps. The servers may see your IP address while connecting, but looking up location from IP addresses is turned off.

이 정보는 어떤 기능이 쓰이는지와 어디서 오류가 나는지 파악해 앱을 고치고 나아지게 하는 데에만 씁니다. 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않고, 판매하지 않습니다. We use this information only to understand which features are used and where errors happen, so we can fix and improve the app. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold.

끄는 방법Turning it off

나 탭의 개인정보에서 '익명 사용 통계·오류 보고 보내기'를 끄면 바로 멈춥니다. 꺼도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. Turn off "Send anonymous usage statistics and error reports" under Privacy in the Me tab and sending stops right away. Every feature of the app keeps working when it is off.

보관 기간How long we keep it

사용 통계는 받은 날부터 1년, 오류 보고는 90일 동안 보관한 뒤 지웁니다. Usage statistics are kept for one year and error reports for 90 days from the day they are received, then deleted.

처리를 맡기는 곳과 국외 이전Service providers and transfers abroad

사용 통계와 오류 보고는 아래 업체가 BZR Studio를 대신해 보관하고 처리하며, 앱을 쓰는 동안 인터넷으로 미국의 서버에 전송됩니다. Usage statistics and error reports are stored and processed for BZR Studio by the providers below, and are sent over the internet to servers in the United States while you use the app.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 위 스위치를 끄면 됩니다. 꺼도 앱을 쓰는 데 제한이 없습니다. If you do not want this transfer, turn the switch off. The app works fully without it.

지도 앱과 붙여넣기Map apps and pasting

'지도에서 찾기'를 누르면 메뉴 이름이 검색어로 이용자가 고른 지도 앱(네이버지도, 카카오맵, Google 지도, Apple 지도)에 넘어갑니다. 그 뒤의 처리는 각 지도 앱의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 식당 공유 링크는 이용자가 붙여넣기 버튼을 누를 때만 클립보드에서 읽습니다. When you tap to find a menu on a map, the menu name is passed as a search term to the map app you chose (Naver Map, KakaoMap, Google Maps or Apple Maps). What happens next follows that app's privacy policy. A shared restaurant link is read from the clipboard only when you tap the paste button.

권한Permissions

  • 알림: 정한 시간에 점심 메뉴를 정하자고 알려 드립니다. 알림은 휴대폰 안에서 예약되며 서버를 거치지 않습니다. Notifications: to remind you to pick lunch at the time you set. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and never go through a server.
  • 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진 보관함은 쓰지 않습니다. The app does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photo library.

알림 권한은 휴대폰 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.

이용자의 권리Your rights

휴대폰 안의 정보는 앱에서 직접 고치거나 지울 수 있고, 앱을 지우면 모두 지워집니다. 서버로 보낸 사용 통계와 오류 보고는 이름 없이 익명 식별자로만 저장되어 특정인의 정보를 골라내기 어렵습니다. 그래도 열람, 삭제, 처리 정지를 원하시면 아래 메일로 알려 주세요. 확인할 수 있는 범위에서 지체 없이 처리합니다. You can edit or delete the information on your phone in the app, and deleting the app deletes all of it. Usage statistics and error reports on the servers carry only an anonymous ID and no name, so they are hard to tie to a specific person. If you still want to access, delete or stop processing them, email us below and we will act promptly as far as we can identify them.

아동Children

이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. The app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

안전 조치Security

기기 밖으로 보내는 정보는 모두 암호화(HTTPS)해서 전송하고, 앱 개선에 필요한 최소한만 보냅니다. Everything that leaves your phone is sent encrypted (HTTPS), and only the minimum needed to improve the app is sent.

바뀔 때Changes
