이 약관에 대해About these terms

이 약관은 BZR Studio가 제공하는 여기라니까! 앱(이하 '앱')을 쓰는 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. App Store에서 내려받은 경우 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다. These terms set out how you may use the 여기라니까! app (the "app") provided by BZR Studio. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

앱이 하는 일What the app does

앱은 점심 메뉴를 골라 주고, 지도 앱에서 근처 식당을 찾도록 연결하며, 자주 가는 식당과 식사 기록을 휴대폰 안에 저장합니다. 회원 가입 없이 쓰며, 이용 요금은 없습니다. The app suggests a lunch menu, hands the search over to a map app so you can find nearby restaurants, and keeps your regular restaurants and meal records on your phone. It needs no account and is free to use.

추천과 음식 정보Suggestions and food information

메뉴와 식당 추천은 참고용입니다. '못 먹는 것' 설정은 각 메뉴의 대표 재료를 기준으로 거르므로, 실제 식당의 재료와 조리 방법은 다를 수 있습니다. 알레르기나 건강상 이유로 피해야 하는 재료가 있다면 주문하기 전에 반드시 식당에 확인해 주세요. Menu and restaurant suggestions are for reference only. The "foods you avoid" setting filters by each menu's typical ingredients, so a restaurant's actual ingredients and preparation may differ. If you must avoid an ingredient because of an allergy or health condition, always check with the restaurant before ordering.

지도 앱과 외부 서비스Map apps and other services

식당 검색, 위치, 영업 정보는 네이버지도, 카카오맵, Google 지도, Apple 지도 같은 외부 서비스가 제공합니다. 그 정보의 정확성과 이용 조건은 각 서비스의 약관을 따릅니다. Restaurant search, locations and opening details come from outside services such as Naver Map, KakaoMap, Google Maps and Apple Maps. Their accuracy and terms of use are governed by each service.

이용자의 기록Your records

이용자가 넣은 식당과 식사 기록은 이용자의 것이며, 휴대폰 안에만 저장됩니다. BZR Studio는 이 기록을 보관하지 않으므로 앱을 지우거나 휴대폰을 잃어버리면 되살릴 수 없습니다. 기기를 바꾸기 전에는 나 탭의 '내보내기'로 백업 파일을 저장해 두세요. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. The restaurants and meal records you add are yours and are stored only on your phone. BZR Studio does not keep a copy, so they cannot be recovered if you delete the app or lose your phone. Before switching phones, save a backup file with Export in the Me tab. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

하지 말아야 할 일What you may not do

• 법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 데 앱을 쓰는 일 Using the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others
• 법이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 앱을 복제, 수정, 역설계하거나 재배포하는 일 Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the app beyond what the law allows

권리Ownership

앱과 앱의 디자인, 로고, 메뉴 그림, 문구에 대한 권리는 BZR Studio에 있습니다. 이용자는 이 약관에 따라 앱을 개인적으로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 가집니다. BZR Studio owns the app and its design, logo, menu illustrations and text. You may use the app for personal purposes under these terms.

책임의 범위Liability

앱은 무료로 제공되며, BZR Studio는 앱이 언제나 오류 없이 동작하거나 추천이 이용자에게 맞을 것을 보장하지 않습니다. BZR Studio는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱을 쓰면서 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법률이 이 제한을 허용하지 않는 경우에는 그 법률을 따릅니다. The app is provided free of charge, and BZR Studio does not guarantee that it will always work without errors or that its suggestions will suit you. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, BZR Studio is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, unless applicable law does not allow this limitation.

변경과 중단Changes to the app and these terms

BZR Studio는 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 미리 알리도록 노력합니다. 이 약관이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 올립니다. 바뀐 약관이 시행된 뒤에도 앱을 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. BZR Studio may change features or stop offering the app, and will try to give notice of important changes. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its effective date at least 7 days in advance. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.

준거법과 문의Governing law and contact

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 궁금한 점은 [email protected]으로 보내 주세요. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Questions: [email protected].
